  • FILIBABBA is a Danish children's brand founded in 2014 by Lasse Rolighed Olesen and Christian Bendtsen, born from a shared vision to create calm and timeless products for babies and families.     Inspired by Scandinavian simplicity and modern family living, the brand focuses on quality craftsmanship, hand-drawn illustrations and responsible production. Each design is created with care, combining function and aesthetics to support a meaningful rhythm in daily life.

    As one of the few Danish brands with GOTS certification, FILIBABBA uses organic textiles and continuously explores new sustainable materials and methods.     Known for its hand-drawn Danish designs and use of GOTS-certified organic textiles, FILIBABBA creates thoughtful products such as baby nests, bedding, LED night lamps and stylish everyday essentials.   • At the heart of FILIBABBA’s visual universe is designer Nanna, whose creative process begins with hand-drawn sketches made at her desk. Every pattern evolves through lines, layers and thoughtful adjustments until each detail finds its place.

    Inspired by the calm beauty of Nordic nature and the boundless imagination of children, Nanna transforms simple lines into storytelling illustrations. Her work blends rich colours and playful motifs with a sense of serenity, bringing FILIBABBA’s collections to life through emotional and visually engaging designs.

    Each season, her artwork captures a new theme - from dreamlike adventures beneath the stars to the changing tones of Nordic landscapes - always celebrating curiosity, creativity and the magic found in everyday life.

FILIBABBA is GOTS-certified

FILIBABBA is deeply committed to integrating social and environmental responsibility into every part of its business. The brand is proud to be among the few Danish companies offering products made from GOTS-certified textiles.

GOTS, the Global Organic Textile Standard, is an internationally recognised certification focusing on ecology, sustainability and social responsibility. This means that all FILIBABBA cotton textiles are produced responsibly throughout the entire value chain - from the cotton fields to the finished product.

As part of the GOTS certification, strict standards are in place to ensure safe and fair working conditions. These include hygienic workplaces, prohibition of child labour, compliance with minimum wage and working hour regulations, equal treatment of workers and the right to freely choose employment. FILIBABBA’s GOTS certification guarantees that every product is made with care for both people and planet.
